Reflexology
Based on the belief that every part of our body has a corresponding reflex which can be found in the feet and hands, the treatment concentrates on stimulating those reflexes.  The deep massage-type movement helps to improve circulation and nerve flow, and aids the body in reaching its natural balance.

Indian Head Massage     
This is a relatively short treatment that can be carried out almost anywhere but that can be incredibly relaxing.  Despite its name, the Indian Head Massage concentrates on the back, arms, shoulders and neck as well as the head.

Hopi Ear Candling
Also referred to as Thermo-Auricular Therapy, this treatment is particularly beneficial for those suffering with ear, nose or throat problems.
